wow I’ve slept like a baby for 10h straight. These past few days with waking up early and going to bed late finally got it’s fix, and it feels great! *YAAAAAAAAAWN* I’m off to work soon, gonna drop by the office with some papers for the manager. Hah I ate kebabremains for breakfast! Oh and I had a sick dream last night, but now I cant remember it anymore, so typical eh. I’m not making much sense atm, maybe the paint & solvent for the modelchopper got to me OO Crap i gotta go make me a sandwitch for work, the Cafe down there will be closed by the time i have my break. Yay for the weekend off, including Friday!

Appearantly the blogging is suffering a bit after i got that job i mentioned 
I’m working almsot fulltime in September, but I’m not sure yet what will happen further down the road. I’ve almost finished all the Tunision Crochet squares for July and August, and the poncho is progressing nicely aswell. Only have the patternborder left on the second half, then i’ll ship it off to Tone in Norway! Oh, me & my d00d went out and got us a new hobby! We’re building a modelchopper together, I do most of the painting and he does the cutting and glueing.
The paprikas are growing real nicely aswell, but my cam sux so hard with bad light (evening here now), so i’m not posting any pics of them now. Remind me tomorrow

I got a job as an ‘personal assistant’, meaning I assist disabled ppl in their everyday life. My first day was today and it was exciting and almost a bit scary :PÂ Everything is so new to me and i guess it’ll be a challenge to learn all the routines. I’ll be working as an extra for starters, and we’ll see how it goes, both for me and for the clients. Anyhow, got off work at 8:30PM today and starting 7AM, so i should really be hugging my pillow right now. Grats me and wahey nighty!
I’ve been wanting to blog my paprikaplants for a good while now, actually entire summer :D My dude was giggling at me this morning saying I’ll never remember them, so here it goes! They are blooming alot nowadays, and I’m sexing* them ^^ They say that it’s really only necessary to shake them flowers a little, but one can never be too sure eh? Have a look at this tiiiiiny itzy bitzy paprika! Isn’t it cute? I’ve counted four of those, and I really hope they dont start falling off.
*sexing in this case would be transferring pollen from flower to flower with a paintbrush aka bumblebeewannabeÂ
We’re off to a cabin with some friends today, gonna BBQ and play some cards. I’m not sure if we’re staying the night tho, I think it would be nice to be away a little. Toodles!
Along with the flowers that are (still) on hold, I now also have Tone’s poncho on hold! I’ve knittet as far as i can with the yarn i’ve got, I’m now waiting for my yarnpusher to get more of this yarn - both maincolor and offwhite for the patternborder. Maybe it was a good thing i ran out of yarn tho, now i’ve finished the tunisian crochet squares for July, and only have 4 left for August

I’ve laid my eyes on this dress/tunika pattern “Jan”, kinda dream about knitting it for some of the girls my friends have squeezed out the past few years (haha there are quite a few). Dunno, havent really decided. There are some boys too, but i have trouble finding nice patterns for them.
Ok first of all: I’ve been to the beach today, and I’ve been swimming too! Teh Summer is saved! Damn i was afraid this would be the first summer in history that I didnt go bathing. Weatherforecast is threatening with awesome sunnydays entire next week, so me and a friend might go to the beach again some day.
I’ve spent most of the evening today rinsing berries and making jam. I’ve realized that picking the berries is actually the smallest and easiest part! red&blackcurrants are very easy to rinse, and i only had about 3.5Kg berries, but it still takes a while to get it all done. I boiled half of the berries, and just mixed the rest with sugar. I’m a fan of ‘fresh’ taste on jam, altho the boiled ones are kinda sweeter.
